After completing a B Comm LLB in South Africa, working internationally and travelling extensively, Pieter moved to Dunedin with his family in 2003.

Over the following 9 years he has established himself as a senior commercial, rural and property lawyer in Otago.

Pieter comes from a farming background and this interest has led to him also developing a strong rural client base.

He is a Director of Tracplus Global Ltd, a Dunedin based technology company operating globally.

Pieter has represented New Zealand as a masters underwater hockey player and is the Honorary Solicitor to the Underwater Hockey New Zealand Association.
