David is a senior civil litigator.  He has a wealth of experience and expertise in negotiating, resolving and litigating disputes between individuals, property owners, trusts and businesses. 

He is an experienced employment lawyer and has particular expertise in conducting independent confidential investigations into allegations.

He is also a building dispute expert and has considerable experience acting for parties involved in leaky building disputes.

David is an experienced adjudicator and an Associate of the Arbitrators & Mediators Institute of New Zealand.

David lectures Business Law at the University of Otago and is a member of the Otago Standards Committee of the New Zealand Law Society.
